At Rolf Watch, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process:
Contact our support team at support@rolfglobal.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of personal preference (such as size, style, or change of mind).
If the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If your return is approved, you will be notified via email.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
