Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
USA: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
International: 8–15 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, or holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on method and destination.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@rolfglobal.com within 7 days of delivery.
Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility is transferred to the customer, unless there is clear evidence of theft or carrier error.
