How do I make a return?

Contact our support team at support@rolfglobal.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
What are the requirements to return a product?
- Request return within 30 days after receipt of the product.
- The items must be in strict conditions of use and resale. Just as you have received them. Otherwise they may suffer depreciation.
- Return in original packaging with all tags intact.
What items are NOT refundable?
The following items cannot be returned/refunded:
- Gift cards
- Discounted or promotional items, if applicable (Ex: Leather case linked to promotion).
The item I received is damaged!
If a product you received is defective, please contact us by support@rolfglobal.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will be happy to provide you with a solution.
Can items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of items as long as the unit to be exchanged meets the return requirements. Once the exchange request is approved, the item will be shipped.
The customer must be responsible for shipping costs in order to make an exchange.
What are the refund options?
Refund options available:
- Refund to original form of payment.
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I return items?

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of the refund request.
If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes place after order confirmation, 1 to 3 business days. Shipping will vary depending on your location.
United States: 1 to 2 weeks
United Kingdom: 1 to 3 weeks
Canada: 1 to 2 weeks.
